Huangshan housing-provident-fund information system

Background

The housing provident fund is a long-term housing savings deposited on an equal basis by government agencies and public institutions, state-owned enterprises, urban collective enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, urban private enterprises and other urban enterprises and public institutions, privately run non-enterprise units, social organizations, and their employees in service. From 1 July 2017, all housing-provident-fund management centers nationwide will, in accordance with the National Housing Provident Fund Inter-city Transfer and Continuation Business Operating Procedures issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, handle inter-city transfer and continuation through the platform. All housing-provident-fund management centers nationwide will be “networked” and will handle inter-city transfer and continuation through a unified platform. Incomplete statistics show that more than 20 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou, and Guangzhou, have already connected to the national housing-provident-fund inter-city transfer and continuation platform. Construction of the Huangshan housing-provident-fund management system marks another step in Anhui’s housing-provident-fund government services toward “networked and connected hearts” and more standardized housing-provident-fund data processing.

Sugon Solution

For the requirements of the Huangshan housing-provident-fund management system, Sugon used the Sugon C1000 overall solution, an integrated design combining cabinet, air-conditioning, power-distribution, and monitoring subsystem modules, giving the customer a comprehensive, advanced, functionally sufficient one-stop solution that also meets new requirements of high-performance computing applications for energy efficiency, scalability, intelligence, and construction cycle of equipment-room infrastructure. The Sugon C1000 system uses in-row circulating cooling dedicated to IT equipment cooling, effectively resolving high-density cooling bottlenecks, lowering equipment-room PUE, saving energy, and reducing dependence on the equipment-room environment. In addition, the C1000 system has an intelligent power-distribution management module and rich monitoring-management modules that can be unified under the Sugon management software platform, achieving intelligent integrated control of equipment-room infrastructure and IT systems. Choosing C1000 also brings one-stop after-sales service.
