The company has introduced an industry-leading PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system as a key pillar of its intelligentization strategy, enabling efficient collaborative office work, project management, product management, requirements management and library management, and laying the foundation for total quality management.
The product R&D process uses a strict defect-density method. Implementing the standard speeds up defect resolution, keeps the product cycle under control and improves product quality.
Technical reviews cover the entire R&D process and all technical activities at every stage. Guided by the idea of eliminating problems at the source, we continuously raise R&D and product quality.
A complete change-control process covers front-end and back-end changes across the lifecycle. Multi-dimensional review and approval by category and level keep every process controllable and traceable.
The quality data platform integrates R&D and after-sales quality data, with live refresh, multi-user online updates and interaction, and high-quality data visualization. It is digital, big-data-driven and intelligent.
Using systematic, qualitative FMEA, we assess technical risks in products and processes, address root causes for substantive continuous improvement and prevention, and steadily reduce R&D risks.
Using major issues and batch incidents as the baseline, and aiming to prevent recurrence, the company traces from back end to front end, then continuously verifies and improves from front end to back end, taking fundamental measures to stop issues from spreading.

Maintenance Service

Sugon maintenance service provides technical support for equipment and solutions. Backed by a remote, centralized, standardized and intelligent after-sales platform, advanced diagnostic tools and a complete closed-loop issue-resolution process, a professional technical support team responds promptly and handles requests efficiently, ensuring customer projects run safely, stably and reliably.

Maintenance service includes equipment fault handling, spare-parts ordering, software subscription and assurance, and Gold Assurance Service, covering needs at different stages of the product lifecycle.

Multiple channels including the 400 hotline and online repair requests on the official website.

Incident Escalation

Tier-2 support: If the agent cannot resolve the issue, the ticket is transferred to a tier-2 technical specialist for analysis, diagnosis and remote resolution.
On-site dispatch: If on-site service is required, the system schedules on-site service and assigns a field-service work order.
Issue feedback: If the request is confirmed as a product issue, the agent records it, starts the feedback process, and the technical support center handles it.

On-Site Service

The service manager assigns on-site tasks from the work order. After receiving the work order, the field engineer schedules a visit with the customer; when service is complete, the engineer submits the record in the system for manager review.

Service Follow-up

We follow up with customers on on-site service tickets to confirm service quality and satisfaction, and the system records the service file. The intelligent after-sales management platform transforms the service model and enables intelligent, automated O&M that is transparent to users. Emergency incidents are classified, defined and graded so their development can be controlled quickly, in an orderly way and efficiently. Gold Service offers round-the-clock (7×24) 4-hour on-site response.

Customer Satisfaction

A customer satisfaction survey measures whether the company meets customer expectations, or how satisfied customers are with its products. It helps identify factors related to satisfaction, usually reflected in statistical indicators. Sugon combines multiple methods, such as annual surveys by a third-party consultancy, 400-hotline repair satisfaction surveys, and mid-year and year-end customer surveys. Taking customers as respondents, we collect, organize and analyze satisfaction and perceived experience, assess the gap versus expectations, compile issue reports and suggested action plans, then carefully analyze root causes and implement improvements, continuously optimizing product quality and service to close the gap with customer expectations.

Service System Monitoring

The system monitors every step of the service ticket. Key checkpoints include call response time, scheduled arrival time, whether arrival is on time, and case completion timeliness.

24-Hour Hotline for Customer Feedback

After a case is closed, a satisfaction rating step follows. Customers' scores for engineer service are fed back directly to headquarters to supervise engineers' performance.

Case Quality Review Meetings

Each second-level department head screens overdue and repeat-repair tickets case by case every day. Once an issue is found, a decision is made on the spot.

On-Site Customer Service Evaluation

Customers may call the contact center at any time to comment on an engineer's service. If misconduct or mistakes are confirmed, we take them seriously and handle them strictly.

After-Sales Quality Management

Sugon attaches great importance to after-sales quality management. Dedicated after-sales quality staff set targets for key failure rates and corresponding quality rules, collect return-and-repair data, apply quality tools and the Pareto (80/20) principle, and for selected issues conduct root-cause analysis across the full chain—design and R&D, supplier material control and process quality—then close the loop with corrective actions. Product issues are regularly traced back, rolled out horizontally and continuously improved to raise product quality.

For product system faults caused by specific data-center environmental factors at the customer site, Sugon provides analytical technical support and works with the customer to find the root cause and improve.
