Solution composition and business presentation

Free-flow toll stations:Mainly configure lane controllers as tolling aids, carrying applications that capture vehicle front and rear, recognize license plates, plate color, vehicle color, and more. Use a mainstream industrial-PC approach with good compatibility and seamless migration of toll-system business; a compact, quiet chassis (below 50 dB) provides a comfortable experience for cramped toll stations.

Physical toll stations:Use integrated-cabinet deployment to carry tolling and billing; compute nodes are redundant with active-standby, seamlessly switching business on single-node failure to ensure tolling continuity. For core data storage, use flash disk arrays as the storage carrier, with redundant controllers on the array to avoid single points of failure.

Regional networking center:Two architectures, flexibly chosen by each province’s situation. Scheme 1 uses high-performance deployment: applications run directly on Sugon servers, data is stored in distributed storage, physical machines directly carry applications, with strong single-machine performance and fast processing. Node chips are secure and reliable; a fully redundant architecture so key transaction and image data are not lost, ensuring integrity and consistency. Scheme 2 uses hyper-converged deployment, providing compute and storage through StackCube-K, supporting live VM migration, online expansion, dynamic resource expansion, VM HA, and other features to ensure high system reliability.

Provincial networking center:Centered on a big data cloud platform, with smart ETC sites as the handle, and a fully secure, trusted design, build a stereo, open free-flow tolling scenario. For massive ETC gantries, provide an integrated operations platform that can, based on GIS maps, visually, integrally, and intelligently operate and manage key functional modules of ETC-gantry integrated cabinets, power, backup power, network-security modules, compute modules, data-storage modules, and more, realizing one-network, one-chessboard operations management of free-flow tolling.
