Sugon C1000 cabinet-row-level micro-modules use in-row CRAC interleaved in the cabinet row so the cold source is closer to equipment, shortening supply-air distance; front and rear aisles inside the cabinet row are fully enclosed, turning computer-room cooling from a “cold-storage” mode that cools the environment into a “refrigerator” mode that cools equipment, thus more efficient and energy-saving.
Isolating hot and cold airflow fully utilizes cooling capacity and supports higher per-rack power density.
Precise airflow management avoids cooling loss, raises CRAC return-air temperature, effectively lowers air-conditioning energy, and lowers data-center PUE.
Maximum per-rack power density of 30 kW, far above the 3–5 kW of traditional rooms, greatly saving computer-room footprint and land cost.
