Based on the demand characteristics of bioinformatics analysis in HPC, Sugon provides users a complete hardware-software integrated solution, including an HPC cluster for omics analysis, a massive storage and backup system for omics sequencing data, an advanced computing platform for clinical and research omics bioinformatics analysis, and Gridview cluster-management software and the EasyOP online O&M platform for cluster management.

Infrastructure:Based on fourth-generation data-center standards, provide CloudBase computer-room infrastructure overall solutions, including pool-level, row-level, cabinet-level, and other series, supporting the most advanced cold-plate or immersion liquid cooling, providing related hardware and software with a stable, reliable, green, energy-saving runtime;

Hardware resources:Based on diverse needs of different customers, Sugon provides customers multiple types of compute servers, including blade compute servers, dual-socket compute servers, 4-socket or 8-socket servers, and GPU servers; meanwhile, to meet storage needs of massive sequencing data, Sugon high-performance clusters are configured with ParaStor distributed parallel storage. ParaStor supports massive data and online expansion, with storage capacity and aggregate bandwidth rising together. Sugon provides customers a high-performance, high-reliability bioinformatics-analysis hardware environment.

Management-software layer:Sugon provides users OS, compilers, parallel-program development environments, models and parallel-programming frameworks, math libraries, and more. Sugon Gridview cluster-management software has cluster monitoring, system management, job scheduling, and other functions, raising computing-resource utilization while also raising users’ cluster-usage efficiency.

Service platform:Sugon EasyOP online O&M is 7×24 online O&M for high-performance clusters, covering remote cluster O&M, on-site inspection, and application-level technical support, ensuring good cluster runtime. Sugon’s advanced-computing service platform discards the traditional simple hardware-software splicing service model and adopts an “Internet+” service model, providing users compatible advanced-computing delivery services, timely, comprehensive O&M management services, more complete solutions and online support ports; adding various new functions will greatly improve user experience.
