Compute system:Sugon deeply analyzes physical-chemistry application runtime characteristics and computing needs and selects targeted computing equipment to accelerate simulation. The cluster is configured with the widely used TC4600E blade computing platform, featuring high performance and high density. Besides the widely used Intel platform, targeting the memory-bandwidth-sensitive runtime of first-principles computing, Sugon configures a many-core computing platform with many cores and large memory bandwidth, more suited to first-principles high-throughput computing.

ParaStor supports massive data and online expansion, with storage capacity and aggregate bandwidth rising together, meeting high-throughput computing’s needs for the storage system.

Network system:Sugon equips high-performance clusters with high-bandwidth, low-latency InfiniBand or Omni-Path and other high-speed networks, meeting data-exchange needs of various MPI programs in physical chemistry, raising multi-node parallel efficiency, and speeding simulation.

Software system:Sugon Gridview cluster-management system provides unified monitoring management and job scheduling, supports real-time scheduling of high-throughput jobs, and raises computing-resource utilization.
